- Create a Yolngu-led tertiary education and research hub located on country, in northeast Arnhem Land;
- Develop and deliver a co-designed, integrated, accredited curriculum;
- Lead to improved educational and employment outcomes for Yolngu; and
- Provide a vital education and employment platform that supports the transition of the region from a mining economy.
